In the days before agriculture, human beings pretty much had to go out and kill or pick their meals from nature. Our ancestors, for millions of years, ate nothing but animal fat and protein, nuts, berries and certain vegetables.

Our bodies have evolved to thrive on this food. We were healthier and more active in those days.To find food, no one needed to take out payday loans or go to a supermarket.

Their diets were very healthy and provided them a lot of energy to be predators, but often died while being prey. The fact remains that after many bone analyses have been done on the Paleolithic man, modern diseases were just not found.

Common Era

Fast forward to today, and we see many diseases that come from eating foods that do not mesh with our genetic makeup. The hunter gatherer diet did not include grains. The diet also excluded beans, potatoes and peanuts.

These foods, however, are a part of the modern diet thanks to the beginning of agriculture. Illnesses and diseases that did not afflict the Paleo man has afflicted modern man, because of these new foods.

Costs of Health Care

The costs of health care today have soared far beyond what any reasonable person can pay without the help of a few payday loans. The loans cannot help, because the costs are still too high. Something more corrupt than just the prices is going on here.

There is no health involved in health care, which is why it should be renamed Sick Care. Patients are not people, but dollar signs to the medical industry. Because of the money to be had, it is not about getting the patient well.

If we ate as our ancestors did before agriculture began, we would have no need for health care.

Earlier Stone Age Diet

In what is affectionately known as the “Paleo Diet”, the founders have outlined the basic foods our ancestors ate. The particulars may be disagreed on, but the basic foods remain the same.

Produce that you can eat raw is safe. You can eat most fruits, vegetables, and berries. Because tubers, roots, grains and beans must be cooked a long time to take out the toxic elements, these are unhealthy and should not be eaten.

Just because raw meat is thought to be unhealthy does not mean that our ancestors ate it cooked.It has been proven that saturated fat is healthy.

Saving Money On Health Care

Many individuals can save money on health care needs by following what our ancestors ate from many years ago. You can avoid payday loans for health care as well. Your diet free of grains can help you thrive and avoid a lot of the diseases prevalent in our society today.

Eating this way is a choice you have to make. This way of eating is helping me to lose some weight and improve my health. This diet must be experienced before you believe me.
